With WorkSafe BC getting out of the certification business the time is now for all you dive supervisors out there to get your dive supervisor certification before WorkSafe make it regulation. It is only a matter of time. A dive "supervisor" who is only that because he or she is carrying the clipboard cannot be held accountable anymore unless they are officially put in charge and have voluntairly accepted that responsibility by having themselves trained and certified for that position.
