second only to the Red Sea. We visit such famous locations as 'Steep Island', 'Copper Bluffs', and 'Row'n be Damned'. We also have the honour of being the only charter available to Mitlenatch Island. Mitlenatch is a provincial park and requires special permission to dive. Few divers have seen the abundance of sea life that surround the island.
The prolific sea life in our waters is due to the strong currents which run through the passage. Often 10-15 knots, the current is not only responsible for the world class diving but it also demands an advanced set of skills from the diver. Giant Pacific Octopus, Wolf Eels, huge ling cod, 'fields' of anenomes, whales, dolphins, and sea lions are just a few of the amazing creatures that thrive here. The deep walls offer some of the best drift dives you will ever experience.
